You may not:

Download, record, screenshot, scrape, bulk-crawl, data-mine, or train models on the content;
Repost, rebroadcast, publicly perform, rent, sell, or redistribute the content;
Remove/evade watermarks, access controls, or anti-scraping measures;
Use the Site as a substitute for purchasing/licensing the originals.

4. Music & A/V (Ambient Use Only)

In our videos, audio/soundtracks are used solely to provide ambience and do not alter the underlying work or our commentary. Copyright and related rights remain with the original composers/rightsholders.

You may not download, extract, or reuse the audio. Credits are for identification only and do not imply we hold a license.

5. Rightsholder Notice & Takedown

A rightsholder or authorized agent may submit a notice to fofo@fofofoto.com. Please include:

Your identity and contact (and authority, if an agent);
The exact URL(s) and description (title, page/timecode);
The rights claimed and proof of ownership;
